India has a great historical merits😍.... This not about a famous king, queen, culture, religion, etc... I am gonna explain small history behind chilly🌶️?.... India has more variety of resources minerals soil type water type😮etc,... This land unable to cultivate chilly automatically(not large content) like other herbs may be it grown in some places😛... Ok! Then how become familiar in all Indian kitchens now a days🤔.... Here the answer😁, we already know about the ancient King wealth and india wealth those people's were rich in medicinal knowledgek.. One of the biggest medicine used in India was pepper😳yes! In those days no red chilly no green chilly Indians using only pepper for all the spices, other country people want to buy this pepper for medicine so they gave equal amount of gold to the pepper😨this condition create lacking of pepper in India, The India sold all the pepper for gold and so loss their complete wealth of pepper... The other country traders advised to use other spics and gift the chilly plants😢but unfortunately this spices not have a medicinal property like pepper.. But they without knowledge accepted the chilly as good🤐 this trades especially take under chola king and British people... In tamil pepper called "milagu" chilly called"milagai".... British advised to kept like pepper in tamil( "milagaai" milagu pol) In other words alins for pepper.... That chilly plant cultivated all over the country now playing a vital role in all indian kitchens☹️...
